One of the UK’s leading independent freight and logistics firms has further enhanced its international credentials by winning the highest possible supply chain rating from HMRC.


Simarco has become one of few British-based companies to be granted Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) Status by the domestic customs authority.

This latest recognition for Simarco’s customs and security operations comes as the firm has revealed an increase in imports and exports handled by its UK premises.

Simarco On Top Of The World With Hard Rock Award

One of the UK’s leading independent freight and logistics firms is on top of the world after winning an award from the Hard Rock restaurant, hotel and casino chain.

Simarco has been named Hard Rock’s Retail Partner of the Year at the company’s global conference hosted in the Mexican resort of Cancun.

Warehousing and Distribution Director Barry Spencer collected the prize from Hard Rock’s President and CEO Hamish Dodds and its Cultural Attache Rita Gilligan MBE.
