We are pleased to announce that we have seen a 41% increase in HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil) fuel usage in our vehicles compared to the same period last year.
HVO is a sustainable drop-in diesel alternative that offers superior operational and environmental performance over fossil diesel. It is synthesised from 100% renewable raw materials with a potential of reducing net CO2 greenhouse gas emissions by as much as 90%.
By using HVO fuel in our forty four and twenty six tonne vehicles, we have seen a saving of 100 tonnes of CO2 emissions.
